Making new Friends

While on holiday a few weeks ago, we met a couple from England traveling and camping throughout Namibia for several weeks.  We enjoyed a delightful chat that evening as we strolled through the camping area right around sunset.  Little did we know that she is a professional photographer.  Check out their blog.  Beautiful pictures of our lovely country, and very interesting stories and comments too.  As we ended our chat, we handed them our business card and invited them to the cafe if they came through Okahandja on their way out of the country.

Well.... guess what?  Today they showed up!  We were pleasantly surprised to meet them again and they ordered pizza, coffee, and cakes for dessert - which they said were terrific.  Again.... we shared more stories, and they asked a lot of questions about the work that we are doing here.  It was so encouraging to share with others who show care and concern for those who are struggling in this country.  Just take a look at the pictures and read their stories and you will "hear" their heart.
