Give it all you got! Have you ever been coached with something like that? Go for it! Not just 50% or 80%... but 100% effort. Now that is what brings the gold. We have a good example in Mrs. Sondra Rosen. She has taken on the very challenging task of teaching 12 young ladies through the YDM program. We do the Discipleship for the most part, hospitality skills training, and on-the-job experience, but SHE is coaching in Math and English.... AND doing a great deal of personal counseling and tutoring a few on the side. 100% effort is what we see. An example to all of us.... to never give up.... push hard and win the prize.

David, our supervisor is another example. He is coaching and encouraging the rest of the staff every day. Planning, preparing, training students, ordering supplies, keeping records, leading Bible listening times.... he just never quits! He nearly dragged Dennis to the February 2012 YDM training. Dennis was floundering along in a party mentality and David talked him into coming. Dennis not only demonstrated determination to succeed by completing the program but finished strong -- great customer service and an eye for detail. We hired him! Dynamite concept -- pass on the torch. We coached David... now he is coaching Dennis. It works!
